“THIS WILL NOT BE A FESTIVAL FILM” AWARDED IN TBILISI
A Dead Marriage by Michał Toczek won, while Julia Orlik's film was recognised as the best animated film at the Tbilisi International Student Film Festival.
Held for the past 14 years, the Tbilisi International Student Film Festival is the region's only festival of its kind. Its program presents student films from all over the world. The organisers created a space for viewers interested in new productions as well as a network for industry members focusing primarily on beginners and future professionals.
The title of the film is quite subversive. This Will Not Be a Festival Film tells the story of a film school student who works on her graduation film.
