Every year the organizers of Un Festival C'est Trop Court - Nice Short Film Festival try to present to the public the most interesting short films from around the world. The festival program includes feature film, animations and documentaries that are unique and innovative.

This year's program of the event featured several Polish films. Two of them were appreciated. The feature film "Marcel" directed by Marcin Mikulski received the Student Prize. The film follows title Marcel, who loves his life because nobody notices him. Neither the ticket inspector on the bus, the boss in the office or lovers in an elevator see him ... Unfortunately, his ideal world will turn upside down on a cloudy summer day. And it will only get worse.

The second award for the Polish film went to animation. The film "I'm here" directed by Julia Orlik received the first prize in the competition for the best animation. The protagonist of this winning production is an elderly man who looks after his paralyzed wife. Despite his old age and his own health problems, she tries her best to alleviate her suffering, which is getting stronger every day. He is helped by his daughter who tries to reconcile care with work in the hospital and her family life. Each of them has different views on what care should be like, which leads to many arguments.
