BLUE

An animated allegory about estrangement and alienation in the world based on a consistent use of colour.
For a better part of the film the main character’s world is blue while everything happening outside her house is grey. There must be a way out of every conflict. In this film, just like in any fable, it is offered by a conjurerillusionist.

Graduated with honours from the Graphic Arts Department of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (diploma in animation at the Multimedia Studio of Artistic Creation) in 2007. His course of studies included a year spent in the New Media Studio at Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Dresden. He works as an animator and computer graphic. Szozda has won many awards, also for cartoon and poster design, and his video has been selected as a finalist of Democracy Video Challenge 2009.
