POLISH TITLE: WARZYWNIAK, 360°

Watch and his mates, Fat Rysiek and the One from Number Eight, from dusk till dawn have been standing in front of a local grocery shop which, as says the Dyed Lady from Kablowa, ‘integrates the local community’. Some disquiet into this everyday standing has been introduced by the news that there is a pervert roaming through the neighbourhood. This is a screening of a short story written by Krzysztof Jaworski, painted by Edward Dwurnik and dubbed by Krzysztof Pluskota.

Andrzej Barański »

Born in 1941 in Pińczów. He is a graduate of the Film Directing Department at the National Film, Television and Theatre School in Łódź (1973). He has been successful in various types of film making: feature, including The Woman from the Provinces (1984), Two Moons (1993), A Few people, A Little Time (2005), documentary, including Historia żołnierza (1982), Pobyt czasowy (2004) and animation, including Bez tytułu (1981), Armata (1984). He has been awarded at numerous festivals in, among others, Berlin, Oberhausen, Ronda, Gdańsk-Gdynia, Krakow, Łagów, Łódź, Tarnów and Zakopane.
